Writing title insurance policies to protect your home or land from loss due to defects in the title.
Conducting the closing where deeds, mortgages, and other closing documents are signed.
Collecting and properly disbursing funds to the appropriate parties and/or agencies.
Recording pertinent documents, including deeds and mortgages.
